FAMILY

 REUNIFICATION

We provide family reunification

therapy to help reintegrate

children and teens with family
members, by
creating a

"step by step" reunification

plan. The process of reunification therapy can be a very long one, but

it is designed to ensure a safe environment for the children and parents involved creating a new

and secure bond with one another under the close supervision of a clinician, while following

the child's lead emotionally and psychologically.

ATTACHMENT & BONDING

KIDS / ADULTS

We provide attachment focused family therapy to facilitate

secure attachments, help you understand your child's history, build trust, attune to your child/teens' underlying needs and teach you effective
trauma-informed parenting tools that support you
and your child.

PLAY, ART, SAND, SENSORY INTEGRATION THERAPY

Our play therapy room provides a
safe space for children/teens to feel heard, seen and received which allows them to learn strategies to cope, integrate
self-regulation, become more respectful and compassionate
while learning new ways of being in challenging situations and environments.

TRAUMA INFORMED PSYCHO-EDUCATION COACHING

Trauma-informed therapy is
centered on the understanding
of the emotional, neurological, psychological, social, and biological effects of trauma. Trauma when experienced young affects the mental well-being of individuals throughout life. If you are wondering, "is trauma-informed therapy right for me?" and you have experienced trauma in your life,

the answer is yes.

BODY

MIND
THERAPY

Body-Mind Therapy is a somatic-cognitive approach to therapy that incorporates elements of understanding the mind-body connection, identifying states of arousal and calm, learning ways to self-regulate and utilizing tools of centering to create the feeling of relief. Through the use of tools such as mindfulness, embodiment, and the resilient toolkit. Body Mind Therapy helps people get in touch with their bodily experiences in order to enrich overall health.

GRIEF & LOSS COUNSELING

We gently facilitate the expression of grief, often expressed as sad, anxious, angry, lonely, guilty, relieved, isolated, confused, or numb. We provide a safe space, to allow mourning to unfold naturally related to the
loss of someone or
something you have
formed an attachment too.

We support the process of finding new meaning,
thinking creatively about the challenges that follow loss, and practicing coping skills that sustain roots of self-compassion and well
being.

OPEN ADOPTION FACILITATION

We educate about the
efficacy of open adoption today, the manageable steps taken to maintain connections with birth families and/or re-establish contact, how to create a child focused open adoption plan with the goal of building healthy and stable relationships, as well as coaching and supporting all adults involved to focus on the best interest of the child. Children thrive knowing their birth family and when done well creates greater outcomes for children.
