This 6-week group is designed exclusively for adult adoptees to process their adoption experience in a safe, supportive environment. Each session combines learning new coping skills, processing with therapeutic interventions to promote healing, decompressing, resilience, and having meanigful connection with other adoptees. Interventions we cover and you get to take home: Week I: Question Box and LockBox
